Today on our walk (with the mission to capture tiny things), we came across this Mom or Dad:
He or she followed us all the way up and down the driveway, squawking the whole time. It was like we were being followed to ensure we didn’t find her nest and all the “talking” was to inform the partner to be on alert, etc. It was pretty cute to be chaperoned by this bird up and down the driveway – all just to protect its young.
Anyway, I have two pictures of tiny for you today:
This first one is a close-up of one of the many wild flowers that grow along our driveway. I love the pop of yellow and while this close up makes it look big, it’s not. It’s maybe the size of a penny.
This second one is another wild plant/weed/flower that grows here. It is very tiny and has the look of wild baby’s breath.
Lots to do so I must be off! Thanks for looking and have a great day!
