One of the things I haven’t had to give up on my new diet is ice cream. Well, I can’t have what’s considered regular ice cream but I can make my own using an ice cream maker and it’s yummo!
Here’s the recipe:
-2 cans of full fat coconut milk
-1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter is good too)
-2 tsp vanilla
-Stevia to taste (or whatever sweetener you prefer)
Put that in a blender and mix well. Use this mix in your home ice cream maker and enjoy!
