One of my favorite parts about summer is the fact that it’s warm enough at night to be outside and so some star gazing! Last night, there was a crescent moon and in somewhat close conjunction with two planets, Venus and Jupiter. I was a little late to the party but it still made for pretty photos none-the-less. The conjunction will be at it’s closest tonight (from what I’ve read) but I may not be able to take pictures tonight as we might have company.

I’m still learning when it comes to night sky photography. It seems every time I try it, I learn something new. Someday, I hope to be really great at it but for now, I will enjoy the learning process as I go. Thanks for looking and I hope you all have an awesome Friday!
