Still Life: Sincerity No. 5

It’s four o’clock this Monday afternoon and gosh is it a lovely day today. It’s 75˚ and sunny with a gentle breeze. You can’t get much more spring than that!

Do I sincerely want what’s best for those around me? For family and close friends, it’s easy to think I do. But what about those I’m not close to? It’s harder to care, isn’t it… And then there’s those I don’t agree with. It’s much easier to think they deserve less but is that true? Would Christ love like that? No. And then, what about the people who have hurt me or someone I care about? We know the answer to that, too.

More questions to ponder today as I try to grasp the depth of this topic of sincerity.

Thanks for stopping by!
